Aaross Music CC is a business in the entertainment industry that markets and distributes music by the artist Candis Angelene.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of booking order number. Postal delivery is estimated to be no more than 5 working days for South Africa and 10 Working days for international orders.
Return and Replacement Policy
Mp3 files successfully downloaded are not refundable. If a CD is damaged or faulty or lost during postal delivery a replacement will be sent at no extra charge.
Copyright Notice
The musical works contained on CD’s and mp3 files sold are the property of Aaross Music cc and are subject to international copyright laws. You may only download, store, or copy these files for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not publish, broadcast, hire, reproduce, distribute, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means any files downloaded from www.candisangelene.com.
Customer Privacy Policy
Aaross Music CC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Aaross Music CC bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Aaross Music CC by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
